Supreme Promotions recap by  Greggy Harrison

Billy Jessie      Supreme Promotions presented by Jim Jackson returned to invade the Georgios Banquet Hall to once again a standing room only action packed card in Orland Park, Illinois. Thirteen fights took place featuring two of them as title fights. Chuck Giles was originally set to face Anthony Ferro in a 125 pound title fight but due to time constraints the bout was called off.

The main event was for the 205 pound title belt as Billy Jessie returned to the cage after a twenty one month abscence taking on Bobby Kpa. The fight started out as both combatants looking to feel one another out before both would clinch. Jessie and Kpa were up on the fence but it would be Jessie who would get the opportunity as he saw the opening for a guilotine choke and sank it in on Kpa getting the victory at 2:00 mark and becoming the new Supreme Promotions light heavyweight champion.

A 155 pound belt was also on the line as Brian Koza defeated Nate Wacnik by unanimous decision. Koza dominated the bout getting the takedowns and landing more effective strikes also on the feet.

Other great fights took place on the undercard portion of the nights events. Brian Akins out of MMASTOP took on Dennis Fisher winning a unanimous decision. Akins was a calm fighter with great patience out striking Fisher and more dominant on ground.
In a lightweight war there was Gerrardo Rivera who took on Aaron Mitchell. The fight was really close on both stand up and ground with close submission attempts by fighters. In the end it was Rivera who looked the more aggressive on the feet landing effective punches enough to squeek out split decision victory.

In a Welterweight bout Dave Benjamin faced Mike Jacobs. Benjamin seemed to be too much for Jacobs landing strong shots on the feet eventually knocking out Jacobs with a right hand getting the victory at the 2:03 mark of round 1. Another 205 pound fight was on the card that was also exciting action between Brandon Adams and Kyle Hurley. Both fighters gave it everything they had with some back and fourth battles on the feet however, it was Adams who would earn the close split decision victory.Counter Strike Academy fighter Vik Dixi returned for his second amature fight looking for his first victory inside the cage as he faced Kendall Gibbs and Dixit would do just what he was looking for as he caught Gibbs in an armbar winning by submission at the 2:35 mark of round 1. In other bouts Isaac Reyes defeated Jamie Yanez by tapout due to an armbar at the 1:58 mark of round 1. In a feathereight battle, Matt Brown defeated Deonte Johnson by unanimous decision.
Brown was the more aggressive with his takedowns and scoring more effective strikes while on the ground. Bantamweights took the cage as Humberto Vasquez took on Omar Jasso in what was a questionable tap by Jasso. Jasso was caught in an armbar by Vasquez and there was no multiple taps seen but according to referee there was a tap giving Vasquez the submission victory at the 1:58 mark of the opening round. In heavyweight action Brad Schott faced Darren Watson winning by tko at 1:03 of round 3 due to leg injury of Watson. In a lightweight bout, Gavin Reed faced Randy Robinson winning a unanimous decision.
